REFUND POLICY
If you are looking to return or exchange an item, we're here to help you! We want everyone to be 100% happy with their purchase from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us at - support@celestialstones.com.au for assistance.
We offer both exchange and returns if we've been notified within 14 days of you receiving your order. You can exchange your purchase for another item. If you change your mind about your order and have not chosen another item, please note in this case a store credit will be offered, not a refund.
Exemptions To Our Return And Refund Policy -
- All purchases on sale and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging as sold to you.
- Orders stolen from your premises that have been marked as delivered.
- E -Gift Cards purchases are final and non refundable.
Once your order has been fulfilled, all sales are final and procedures to follow as stated above. If your order has not been fulfilled, and your circumstances have changed please contact us ASAP at support@celestialstones.com.au
Damage & Breakages
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged or broken item from Celestial Stones. We take great pride in how we handle and package our crystals, while maintaining eco friendly packaging alternatives. We aim to ensure no one receives broken or damaged items, and hope that this does not occur. In the off chance you receive a broken or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@celestialstones.com.au and we will do our best to work with you in rectifying the issue.
