Celestial Crystals is filled with gratitude to have your support, and we're here to assist you every step of the way. We do not refund or accept returns or exchanges for change of mind under any circumstances, other than guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Celestial Crystals is filled with gratitude to have your support, and we're here to assist you every step of the way. We do not refund or accept returns or exchanges for change of mind under any circumstances, other than guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and refunds will only be provided if a product is deemed faulty, different from what is described or not what was ordered, which you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your refund to appear in your account from the day it was processed. If your refund has been processed, and it does not appear after 7 business days, please contact your issuing bank.

A product in my order arrived broken/damaged, can I get a refund/replacement?

If by chance your parcel happens to arrive damaged or broken, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately by emailing - support@celestialstones.com.au

Can I get a refund for a faulty item on sale?

Consumers do not have the right to request a refund on a sale item that has a fault if aware of the relevant fault prior to purchasing. A refund will not be provided for items sold with a fault, that has been indicated in our photos or within the description of our products.

Can I refund an E-Gift Card?

E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. E-Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

A purchase that has been made using an E-Gift Card as the payment method for an order, cannot be excluded from guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If you paid for an order using an E-Gift Card a new E-Gift Card will be issued to your email for the value of the return or refund.

What is your return policy?

If you wish to return your order you must first contact us - support@celestialstones.com.au

Orders can only be returned if a product is deemed faulty, different from what is described or not what was ordered, which you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.

Orders cannot be returned if you:

  • Simply changed your mind
  • Misused the product that contributed to the problem

How do I return my order?

If you have emailed us and a return request is approved, an email will be sent with instructions on how to return your order.

Do you offer change of mind returns or exchange?

If you change your mind about a product in your order, Celestial Crystals does not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully.
