Celestial Crystals offers next business day shipping after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We offer shipping within Australia and internationally, with options for both Standard and Express shipping. 

In case of any unforeseen circumstances or delays in processing, we will notify you promptly via the contact information provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Celestial Crystals will not be responsible for any delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.

In addition to fast shipping, we are committed to using eco-conscious packaging materials and practices whenever possible. This includes using recycled and biodegradable materials, avoiding excess plastic, promotional products and minimising packaging waste.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Celestial Crystals offers several shipping options using Australia Post, including standard and express shipping. The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed during the checkout process.

Please note that the estimated delivery timeframes provided are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or adverse weather conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping rates are flat rate for both Australia and International orders. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

For international orders, any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email, which will have your tracking number, and can then be can be tracked through Australia Post, click here to track your order.

If you cannot find your shipment notification, be sure to check Junk/Spam folders as they can sometimes be hidden there.

Please allow up to 24 hours after for tracking to be updated and visible.

Lost Or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at

 as soon as possible. We will work with both you and Australia Post to investigate the issue.

Please note Celestial Crystals is not liable for any lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. It is recommended to add sign on delivery to your order so that it is taken to a Post Office if you are not home to receive the delivery.

What happens if I'm not home to receive my parcel?

If you are not home at the time of delivery, eligible orders will be left in a safe place. If your order requires sign on delivery, the location is considered unsafe, or is inaccessible, your order will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

Can you ship to Parcel Lockers/Parcel Collect and PO Boxes?

Yes! Enter the location/number for your Parcel Collect, Parcel Locker or PO Box in the address details at the checkout.
