What currency are your prices listed in?

All of our pricing is in AUD. You can change the price to your preferred currency at the bottom of the page.

Do you offer refunds or returns for purchases made online?

We offer exchanges if we've been notified within 14 days of you receiving your order. You can exchange your purchase for another item/s. If you change your mind about your order and have not chosen another item, please note in this case a store credit will be offered, not a refund. Click here to read our full Refund Policy.

Why have I received an error message at the checkout saying my item is now unavailable?

Until your order has been completed, all items are available for anyone else to purchase. If there is an error message at the checkout, you must first remove the unavailable item from your cart to proceed and complete your order.

Will there be any customs duties, fees or taxes on orders outside of Australia?

For orders placed outside of Australia, there may be additional customs duties, fees or taxes. Any fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected prior to delivery. We advise customers outside of Australia to check with their local customs office for more information on any potential charges that may be incurred.

How can I track my order?

All of our orders are sent with Australia Post. Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the checkout. You can track your order here.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Once your order has been fulfilled, all sales are final and procedures will follow as stated in our refund policy. If your order has not been fulfilled and your circumstances have changed. please contact us immediately -
