Celestial Crystals offers many types of crystals and minerals, both polished and raw, sourced from various locations globally. Some favourites available in our store include -

Crystals available on our website are available to purchase in two ways. Most of the products available on our website are individually listed, meaning what you see is exactly what you get. The other way we list our products are through bulk listings, where we intuitively select a crystal for you. Crystals intuitively chosen will say so at the bottom of of the product description.
Do you offer wholesale?
At this point in time, Celestial Crystals only offers retail sales.

How do I place an order?
- To place an order simply select the crystal/crystals you have your heart set on.
- Add the products to your cart using the buttons on the listings and proceed to the checkout in the top right corner.
- Fill in your shipping details so we can send your order to the right place
- Select your preferred payment method provided , follow the steps and proceed in making the payment
- Select "Pay Now" and we will handle the rest from here.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We do not refund or accept returns or exchanges for change of mind under any circumstances, other than guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Orders placed at Celestial Crystals are all shipped out the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed at Celestial Stones are all sent with Australia Post for both domestic and international. Flat Rate Shipping is offered on both Domestic and International Orders.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Celestial Crystals offers International shipping sent with Australia Post.
I haven't received my shipping confirmation, what do I do?
Orders placed at Celestial Crystals are shipped out next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. For assistance and queries in relation to your shipping confirmation contact us at - help@celestialcrystals.com.au
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you can track your order using Australia Post Track and Trace. To track your order click here
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to be updated and visible.
I can't find my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent out by email after your order has been shipped. Occasionally emails containing tracking numbers can end up in your junk mail folder.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
What is your refund policy?
Celestial Crystals does not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges for change of mind under any circumstances, other than guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns and refunds will only be provided if a product is deemed faulty, different from what is described or not what was ordered, which you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.

An item in my order arrived damaged, what should I do?

How do I choose the right crystal for me?
Choosing crystals varies for every individual. Some people are searching for a crystal with specific qualities or healing properties, based off their zodiac sign, or simply because they like the way it looks. No matter how you decide, trust your intuition.
How should I care for my crystals?
Cleansing your crystals is important for removing any negative or stagnant energy they may have absorbed. For information on cleansing crystals we have a blog post available here
In addition to cleansing crystals, it is also important to take care when storing and handling crystals. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause some crystals to fade. Handle with care to avoid any chipping or breaking. Research any crystal thoroughly before submerging in water or as peace of mind avoid water altogether.
Will I receive the exact crystal that is in the photo?
Most* of the crystals available on our website are all individually listed, meaning what you see in the photo is exactly what you will receive.

Are the crystals on your website real?
Yes! There is however a few remaining man-made pieces left on our site while transitioning into selling just natural crystals. The listing will include whether or not the crystal is man-made or has undergone any heat treatment.
